How do I create a link?
Requested and Answered by SwingStylez on 08-Jun-2007 18:08 (1220 reads)
Any registered user can create a new link. A moderator is required to review and approve new link and modifications to existing links.

1. Once you have registered and are logged in, find the "Links - Venues, Camps, Resources" item in the main menu and click it.

2. Next, click on "Submit"

3. The URL, title and description can be changed. If your school has venues in several geographical regions, you can add an extra Category.

4. Optionally, include your contact details.

5. You can link a Yahoo Map to your link. This is a great feature . When completing the details, don't put anything in the "Company/Organisation" field.

6. That's it! Once you're all done, click "Edit" and a moderator will give your changes a quick review before you changes become visible.

When your updates have been approved, the link will appear with a green "UPDATE" button and a white "Locate->Yahoo Maps" button.
