Our final selection of aerials will be dependent on the experience of the attendees. This class is limited to 8 couples & you must enrol with a partner. Please inform us of your experience when enrolling.
Workshop 1 - 2:00pm to 3:20pm
The Moves Designer with Keith McGee
Even the classic LIndy moves came out of dancers' imagination and improvisation. Come create new variations through a guided exploration of your own creativity
Workshop 2 - 3:30pm to 4:50pm
The Unifying Theory of Everything with Helen & Ben
Not really about physics.. Well, kind of: An attempt to get to the bottom of movement and connection in dance. This about being grounded but still moving freely and making dancing as natural as walking.

Feel yourself soaring before you know it! Dancing fast doesn't need to feel like work. Learn how to maximize your energy so you can be lazy and still wow a crowd.
