The world-famous California Routine is exciting and fast-paced. The moves are not difficult, but the pace is wild. To fly through the California Routine we’ll give you tips on how to strengthen the connection with your partner and how to move your feet quickly. Once your fast lindy is up to pace you’ll get to learn the moves in the California Routine.
ABOUT BEN & HELEN
Ben & Helen Birns have made their way across the world Australia, via Sweden. Before leaving Australia, Helen had won every major (and most minor) Lindy Hop and Aerials competitions in the country. Ben just loves to dance, do aerials, dance fast and occasionally dance like a "one-legged-juggler on a uni-cycle" Together, they've taken classes, master classes and private lessons from many of the today's top dancers. They are constantly striving to discover how to teach others to reach high levels of technique through discovering the feeling, not by learning rules.
